Puppy Yoga class Jan. 12 to benefit Rescue Warriors

Come join a puppy yoga class on Sunday, Jan. 12, at Advocate Good Shepherd Health and Fitness Center, 1301 S. Barrington Road in Barrington.

They are partnering with Rescue Warriors Corp. to bring you a fun-filled, therapeutic yoga class!

Relieve stress, get some puppy kisses and help these puppies find homes!

Class times will begin at 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

Please RSVP by emailing info@rescuewarriorscorp.org. The class is for ages 12 or older.

There is a $20 donation.
