Pelosi's actions contradict her professions of faith

Quote from Nancy Pelosi: "Because of my Catholic upbringing, I don't hate anyone."

Well, Al Capone had a Catholic upbringing, as do a high percentage of the drug dealers who sneak 70% of all the illegal drugs into this country. Of course, Pelosi could do something about these drug dealers, but because of her hatred toward Donald Trump, she won't.

Since Trump was elected, three years ago, Pelosi and the Democrats have carried on a crusade of hatred toward our president. To show how intense their hatred has been, they started this campaign against him even before he took the oath of office.

Pelosi's hatred toward the president does not leave any room in her heart for God or Jesus. People who do not practice peace, love, hope, charity or forgiveness do not deserve to receive the Eucharist. Please look at the big picture. Politics is not worth losing God's purpose for you.

I am a Eucharistic minister. I have met many people in hospitals, hospice and retirement homes who for their own personal reasons are filled with hate. I have talked to them about forgiveness and welcoming God and Jesus into their hearts again. Sometimes this has worked.

Pelosi's crusade in the House has been hopeless, as the Senate will find Trump "not guilty." All the time she has wasted in the last three years has accomplished nothing. Good legislation "could," and said "could" have been passed. But instead, she has been consumed with destroying Trump. Hatred like this is not Christian.

I pray that Pelosi will welcome God and Jesus into her heart and become a Christian again.
