Overnight parking ban lifted in Lincolnshire

Lincolnshire's overnight street parking restrictions have been rescinded for the holiday season, officials announced Friday. No tickets will be issued for street parking in residential areas through Sunday, Jan. 5. However, an exception would arise if it snows 1 inch or more, so public works crews can clear the streets.
