Entre represents seller of rare Itasca facility

ITASCA - Entre Commercial Realty LLC recently brokered the sale of an industrial building at 1425 Industrial Drive in Itasca for $875,000.

The property was sold to a local service company who will be relocating out of Cook County. The 10,473 square foot building features recent upgrades including a newer roof, new parking lot, heavy power, and temperature-controlled warehouse.

Entre's aggressive marketing campaign capitalized on the lack of quality stand-alone product of this size range in DuPage County.

The team of Mike Gazzola and Cory Kay of Arlington Heights-based Entre Commercial Realty represented the seller, Harold Investments, in the transaction.
