Police: South Elgin teen back home

South Elgin police said a missing 17-year-old was back home Monday afternoon.

Authorities had said Delaney Miller was last seen at her home at 7 p.m. Sunday and asked the public for help in locating her. She has a condition that could have placed her in danger, police said.

Police did not provide additional information.
