Entre brokers leases in Lake Zurich

LAKE ZURICH - Entre Commercial Realty recently brokered the lease of a 10,296 square foot building at 505 Oakwood Road in Lake Zurich.

Terms of the lease were not announced.

Global Fastener Engineering Inc, which provides both fastening solutions and high-quality products, such as blind rivets, threaded inserts, rivet tools, threaded insert tools, sealing plugs, drive pin rivets, and neoprene inserts, is moving into the building.

The space was turnkey with 21-foot ceilings, one truck dock, one drive-in door, new LED lighting, white painted warehouse walls, epoxy floors and the office area was refreshed.

Brian Bocci of Arlington Heights-based Entre Commercial Realty represented the landlord. Tom Boucher of PSI Commercial represented the tenant.
