Diplomats showed poise, dedication to country

The silver lining to all of the impeachment testimony last month is that we were all reminded of the extraordinary education credentials of our career diplomats and foreign service professionals.

These talented, experienced people are not political appointees. Their dedication to country is lifelong, and has not been bought. Let's not squander this gift.
