Fremd dumps West Chicago

After opening the Fenton tournament with a loss to Timothy Christian on Monday night, Fremd's boys basketball team bounced back and scored a 43-27 win over West Chicago on Wednesday.

Max Wexley led the Vikings (1-1) with 13 points while Matt Wingen and Kayman Hopkins added 9 each.

Fremd will return to action at 5:30 p.m. against Wheaton Warrenville South.
