Lee & Associates negotiates industrial lease

BATAVIA — Lee & Associates has brokered the lease of 42,682 square feet of warehouse space at 1100 N. Raddant Road in Batavia.

Terms of the lease were not announced.

With this transaction, the 102,142-square-foot new speculative construction building is now 100% leased.

Tom Condon, Principal, and Ben Cohen, Associate, of Lee & Associates' Illinois office, represented the tenant, FONA International. Jeff Fischer and Brett Tomfohrde of NAI Hiffman represented the owner, Midwest Industrial Funds.
