Tracking snowplow progress

The Lake County Division of Transportation on Thursday announced a new method allowing residents to track the progress of snow and ice removal on all 26 plow routes. Viewers at www.lakecountypassage.com or on mobile apps can see the direction each plow is heading, its speed, whether the front plow is up or down and if the salt spreader is on.
