Cousins Subs opens new location in Palatine

Cousins Subs has opened its new location in Palatine, a representative of the Wisconsin-based sandwich shop chain said Tuesday.

The restaurant at 948 E. Dundee Road is open from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday.

The eatery is the second Cousins Subs in the suburbs, with the other located in Lombard. Both locations are part of a push the company announced in 2017 to open 40 new restaurants in the Midwest, many in the Chicago area.
