Wildlife inspector highlights next Green Drinks Libertyville

A day in the life of a wildlife inspector at the Port of Chicago will be the topic at the next Green Drinks Libertyville event, set for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, at O'Toole's Libertyville, 412 N. Milwaukee Ave.

Kelly Ishmael, wildlife inspector for U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, will discuss the legal and illegal wildlife trade and basic U.S. and international wildlife laws that apply to imports and exports, both personal and commercial. There will be a multitude of wildlife items to touch and a few "what's the weirdest thing you have seized" type stories.
