Adelphia Properties sells Morton Grove building

MORTON GROVE - Adelphia Properties recently brokered the sale of a 8,020 square foot free-standing building in Morton Grove for an undisclosed price.

The building is on a one acre, highly traveled signaled corner at 9300 Waukegan Road.

George Spirrison, CCIM & Simeon Spirrison, CCIM of Oak Brook-based Adelphia Properties, represented the seller, a private Chicago-based real estate investor. A local Chicago-based private user/investor purchased the property.
