Queen Bs improv group returns to Barrington's White House

Back by popular demand, Barrington's White House welcomes the Queen Bs improv group to the third floor ballroom at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16. The audience will become part of the show, offering up suggestions that inspire the comediennes to create hilarious scenes on the spot.

The Queen Bs met in 2009 when they began taking improv classes at Laugh Out Loud Theater, Schaumburg. Each B started taking classes for different reasons, ranging from divorce, anxiety to just wanting to have some fun.

Realizing they enjoyed performing together, the Bs formed their own group and hired a director, Guy Wicke. The rest is history.

Barrington's White House is at 145 W. Main St., in the heart of downtown Barrington. Cultural programming at the White House is underwritten, in part, by generous sponsors, including the Willow Springs Charitable Trust, Kim Duchossois, Mary B. Galvin, Wayne and Nan Kocourek, Barrington Bank and Trust, Barrington 220, Mr. and Mrs. Earle Combs and Northern Trust.
