Grains mostly loweer, livestock higher

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were mostly lower Wednesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Dec. delivery fell 7 cents at $5.0740 a bushel; Dec. corn up .80 cent at $3.8740 bushel; Dec. oats was off 3 cents at $2.96 a bushel; while Nov. soybeans lost 8 cents at 9.1720 a bushel.

Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Oct. live cattle rose .82 cent at $1.1370 a pound; Oct. feeder cattle was up .42 cent at $1.4528 a pound; Oct. lean hogs gained 1 cent at .6492 a pound.
