The issue on the proposal on transgender students

Locker room use in all fairness should be put to a referendum. By doing this, all the students' parents and the taxpayers who pay District 211 taxes on their property tax bills will also get their voice heard.

A referendum would allow everyone a say in this matter and not just the members of the District 211 Board. If the issue is not voted on the way some people want, there will be all kinds of complaints and backlash one way or the other and followed by the 211 board members getting voted out depending on which way they voted.

Give the people in the district the right to express their view through voting as this is the only fair way to resolve this issue. The District 211 communities need to have their voices heard through a referendum.
