Letter: Get the shape of the Earth right

I commend the Daily Herald for taking on the noble task of educatin' us all about the facts of this climate crisis that dooms us especially when an early fact of theirs - that the earth is a sphere - is flatly incorrect in that the earth is actually an oblate spheroid - a different sort of shape with different sort of properties that scientists have firmly confirmed by actual measurements that can be made of true physical objects.
