Charity spin class in Arlington Heights to benefit Gerry's Cafe

Inspyr Studios, a cycling and strength training gym in Arlington Heights, will host a charity spin class this weekend benefiting Gerry's Cafe, the planned coffee shop cafe that will employ adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Inspyr, at 2924 W. Euclid Ave., will host the indoor ride at noon Saturday. Organizers will be asking for a minimum donation of $30 per rider with the goal of raising $30,000 for Gerry's.

"At Inspyr we truly stand behind our name," managing partner Kelly Schnell said in a news release. "We will offer an exhilarating fitness experience in hopes to 'inspire' our community to come out and give back to raise money for this wonderful mission."
