Those vaping lawsuits

More young people who became ill after breaking the law by purchasing and using vaping products now are suing the manufacturer. I find that irreconcilable - knowingly break the law then sue the manufacturer of the legally produced product. Makes no sense to me.

When was personal responsibility rescinded?
