Nurses honor state Rep. Fred Crespo of Hoffman Estates

Democratic state Rep. Fred Crespo of Hoffman Estates has been honored by the Illinois Nurses Association for his work to prioritize safety and individualize patient care by ensuring hospitals enforce nurse-patient ratios. "I am honored to have received this award by such tireless advocates for our medical professionals," Crespo said. Crespo received the association's Friend of Nursing Award. Crespo represents House District 44, which includes Hoffman Estates, Streamwood, Hanover Park and parts of Schaumburg.
