Girls golf: Loyola wins Glenbrook North regional

Loyola's girls golf team shot a score of 306 to win the Class 2A Glenbrook North regional at Sportsman's Golf Course on Thursday in Northbrook.

Also advancing to sectional competition were New Trier (308) and Glenbrook South (342) while Maine South (366) placed fourth and Maine West (410) was fifth.

Among the individual qualifiers for Monday's Hoffman Estates sectional at the Bridges of Poplar Creek were Maine South senior Teresa Daly (83), Maine West senior Anastasia Peric (91), Maine South junior Rachel Hoffman (93), Maine South junior Kalena Sultana (94) and Maine South junior Alison Biagi (96).
