Grains, livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were mixed Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Dec. delivery was up 1 cent at $4.9060 a bushel; Dec. corn fell 2 cents at $3.8620 a bushel; Dec. oats gained 5 cents at $2.89 a bushel; while Nov. soybeans lost .2 cent at 9.1520 a bushel.

Beef was higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Oct. live cattle rose .5 cent at $1.0662 a pound; Sep. feeder cattle was up .32 cent at $1.4242 a pound; Oct. lean hogs was off .31 cent at .6217 a pound.
