Fairytale ending?

The scenario of President Donald Trump's presidency with someone always trying to find him committing an impeachable crime reminds me of the story of The Gingerbread Man. I read this story when I was little. The Gingerbread Man thinks he can't be caught and keeps saying: "You can't catch me, I'm the Gingerbread Man. He outruns the little old man, the little old woman, the cow and the horse. Then he meets up with a fox who connives and swallows him whole. I wonder how Trump's story will end.
