Palatine deputy police chief graduates from FBI program

Palatine Deputy Police Chief William Nord recently added to his credentials by graduating from the FBI National Academy program.

Nord was part of a class with law-enforcement members in agencies from all 50 states, the District of Columbia, 34 countries, five military organizations and nine federal civilian groups. The National Academy program involves 10 weeks of advanced communication, leadership and fitness training.

The program was at the FBI Training Academy in Quantico, Virginia, where new special agents and intelligence analysts begin.
