Suburban habitats: Readers' photos of local wildlife

Check out our Daily Herald Suburban Wildlife page on Facebook, www.facebook.com/group/suburbanwildlife/. There, you will find what many people have asked us about: A place to share your neighborhood coyote sightings and other related snapshots.

The group is a place that goes beyond coyotes. Share your photos of wildlife in your own backyards. Offer tips on getting squirrels out of your attic. How do you keep skunks from digging up your yard? And help neighbors identify those strange animal tracks.

We contribute by sharing columns from our wildlife experts, pictures from our talented photographers and other animal stories that lend themselves to this page.

So have some fun, and let's talk Suburban Wildlife ... and there will be a gallery of more pictures at dailyherald.com.
