A tool of Russia?

Mr. Chapman's Aug. 29 letter called Trump a tool of Putin. He forgot Obama telling a Russian representative to "tell Vlad I will have more flexibility after the election." No "journalist" asked what he meant by that. He forgot Obama's red line in Syria, his doing nothing to help Ukraine, and his taking the missles out of Poland to please Putin.

And what about Bill Clinton getting millions for his speeches in Russia, and his supporting the Russian pipeline that hurt some European countries.
