Poor Arlington Park

Arlington Park is once again asking handouts due to unfair competition. Maybe the real problem is a dying industry and greedy track ownership. Horse owners are poorly paid for performance while the big purses go to out-of-town owners in the Million, Beverly D and Stakes races. Daily races feature short fields and lots of maidens. We'll do fine without them.
