February 2019: Cook County state's attorney's office says it will not file criminal charges against Jensen; city hires consultant Hillard Heintze to do an internal investigation
July 2019: Hillard Heintze releases report saying shooting was justified but Jensen violated three policies
Sept. 4: Police Chief Ana Lalley recommends reinstating Jensen to administrative duty with no discipline. City Manager Rick Kozal agrees.
