Traffic alert: Rosemont concerts expected to cause delays

Concerts in Rosemont tonight are expected to cause traffic delays, police warned.

Nickelodeon sensation JoJo Siwa was performing at Rosemont Theatre, 5400 N. River Road, the same evening as Boy Band Night at the summer concert series at Parkway Bank Park, 5501 Park Place.
