Grains higher, livestock mixed.

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were higher Thursday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Sept. delivery was up .80 cent at $4.7220 a bushel; Sept. corn rose 7.40 cents at $3.6660 a bushel; Sept. oats advanced 26.60 cents at $2.77 a bushel; while Sept. soybeans was gained 11.80 cents at 8.5720 a bushel.

Beef was lower and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Aug. live cattle fell .08 cent at $1.0542 a pound; Aug. feeder cattle was off .07 cent at $1.3865 a pound; Oct. lean hogs rose 1.98 cents at .6380 a pound.
