Poke Burrito opens at Deer Park Town Center

Officials from the Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce and village of Deer Park recently celebrated the opening of Poke Burrito. Among those to attend the grand opening at Deer Park Town Center were Village President Dale Sands, chamber President Suzanne Corr and Poke Burrito owner Jim Chen, who also has locations in Oak Park and Chicago. "Poke Burrito is a unique fusion restaurant that combines Japanese, Hawaiian and Asian food using the highest quality, fresh ingredients and an array of savory sauces," Chen said. "Every dish we serve is freshly made to order based on each customer's selections."
