Antioch seeks input on zoning revisions

Antioch officials are seeking public input on proposed revisions to the village zoning ordinance that defines how property in specific areas can be used and what can be built. Among the proposed changes are rules to encourage the opening of sidewalk cafes, the development of duplexes, minimize the presence of residential garages and allow fences to extend to the property line on a corner lot. Village leaders are seeking comments regarding various aspects of the proposed changes so as to make sure they reflect the wishes of the community.
