Notice of Destruction of Special Education Records Lake Villa Community Consolidated School District 41

The Lake Villa Community Consolidated School District 41 will destroy special education records for students who moved from the district, graduated, and/or exited the program during the 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 school years. Parents or adult students who would like to have a copy of their records must submit a written request to Lake Villa School District 41, Attn: Special Education Department, 131 McKinley Ave. Lake Villa, IL 60046.
