Batavia

• Michael J. Fox, 22, of the 300 block of Jefferson Street, Batavia, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery at 5:41 p.m. Tuesday after an incident at Bulldog's Cellar, 1 E. Wilson St., according to police.

• A urinal on the 0-99 block of North Batavia Avenue was reported damaged at 3:25 p.m. Wednesday. The damage was estimated at $282.

• A bike valued at more than $500 was reported stolen from outside the Batavia Public Library, 10 S. Batavia Ave., at 3:53 p.m. Tuesday.

• Ninety-five pieces of vinyl siding, valued at $335, were reported stolen at 11:40 a.m. Sunday from Menard's, 300 N. Randall Road.

• An estimated $300 in currency and coins were reported stolen at 3:11 p.m. Sunday from a residence on the 600 block of North Washington Avenue.

Kane County

• A resident of the 38W500 block of Toms Trail near St. Charles reported at 7:42 p.m. Tuesday that $1,805.09 had been withdrawn from his bank account through five forged checks.
