Congresswomen do not care about our democracy

This letter concerns the July 17 Daily Herald editorial. The writer comments that people should "focus their passions on actions and not insults." I will not insult you, even though you have insulted me and every other American who loves our Constitution and our democracy.

Do you, for one moment, think those four women wish us well? They are socialists. They want nothing more than to see the United States of America no longer existing. They want 100 percent involvement in our lives, in our grandchildren's lives, in our great-grandchildren's lives.

You said nothing of their statement that they do not like America. They are self-described anti-Semites. There would be open borders, a 70% tax rate to pay for all free education and Medicare for all.

But let's not muddy the waters with all that, you just want to focus on what President Donald Trump said. Maybe your "opinion" can divide the country even more. How far left are you, Daily Herald?
