Lake County Health Department hosts Family Fun Day

The Lake County Health Department's Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) invites pregnant women, parents and families to a "Family Fun Day" from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Aug. 3, outside the Belvidere Medical Building, 2400 Route 120, Waukegan.

Families can play games and win prizes, learn about breastfeeding, WIC and other local resources and participate in scheduled activities, including exercise class and a healthy cooking demonstration.
