Grains lower, livestock mixed.

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were lower Wednesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Sept. delivery fell 7.40 cents at $4.9020 a bushel; Sept. corn lost 7.20 cents at $4.0560 bushel; Sept. oats was off 2.40 cents at $2.55 a bushel; while Aug. soybeans was 4.20 cents lower at 8.7340 a bushel.

Beef was higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Aug. live cattle was up .30 cent at $1.0788 a pound; Aug. feeder cattle rose .88 cent at $1.4220 a pound; Aug. lean hogs fell .58 cent at .8240 a pound.
