Bartlett man cited in crash that injured six

Bartlett police have cited a 72-year-old Bartlett man for failure to yield while turning left before a two-vehicle crash in the village Sunday afternoon that caused minor injuries to six people.

Ronald Spizziri of Bartlett is scheduled to appear Aug. 14 at the Cook County courthouse in Rolling Meadows on the traffic citation, police said.

The crash occurred about 3 p.m. Sunday at Route 59 and Park Place Avenue, causing the temporary closure of northbound lanes of Route 59..
