Gurnee library to remain open during parking lot project
The regular entrance to the parking lot at the Warren-Newport Public Library in Gurnee will be closed through Saturday and possibly longer while crews work on improvement projects.
The parking lot entrance at Brookhaven Road will be closed during the work. Parking will be available in the lot on the west side of the library building, which can be accessed from Blackstone Avenue on the north side of the building. The main entrance to library, as well as the book drop, will be accessible during the work.
The library is located at 224 O'Plaine Road.
