Red Caffeine names Viane Chief Strategy Officer

Red Caffeine, a Lombard-based growth consultancy, has appointed Janet Viane as the company's new Chief Strategy Officer. Viane will leverage more than 30 years of leadership experience developing high-performing teams and building strategic alliances to further bolster Red Caffeine's People+People growth plans. Her background in multifaceted digital technologies and track record of successful business transformations make her an integral addition to the company.

Prior to joining Red Caffeine, Viane served in several high-ranking executive roles across various B2B and B2C industries, including manufacturing, retail, omnichannel commerce, marketing services, SaaS and health care. Her reputation for driving growth through market development and strategic acquisitions is evident through numerous successful business ventures.

Red Caffeine also added John Uhri as web and application development manager, and Jim McMillen as Growth Consultant.

Uhri's more than 20 years of experience in the technology field will advance the company's dedication to digital transformation. His focus will be to further address upgrades to the organizations' digital infrastructures and ensure their tech solutions are designed and connected with purpose.

McMillen brings 23 years of experience running successful marketing campaigns for public and private companies in the railroad, machining and tooling, and manufacturing industries. His creative solutions to common business challenges will help connect the dots for organizations that want to accelerate the scaling of their business.
