Elk Grove Village selling residential lot for $129,900

Elk Grove Village has listed a single-family residential lot it owns on the west side of town for sale at $129,900.

The vacant 0.35-acre lot at 931 Mississippi Lane is zoned for single-family residential and is aimed at a buyer who wants to design and build a custom home, officials say.

Proceeds from the sale will be used to be help fund community infrastructure projects as part of the Elk Grove 2025 long range infrastructure plan.
