Itasca Fest opens four-day run in Washington Park

The 30th annual Itasca Fest opened Thursday evening in Washington Park and will continue through Sunday at 350 E. Irving Park Road.

Sponsored by the Itasca Lions Club in cooperation with the village, the festival raises money for local service groups and charities and for projects to help fight blindness.

This year's entertainment lineup will feature ARRA on Friday, Sawyer Brown on Saturday and American English on Sunday.
