Hoffman Estates offers health, dental services to children

The village of Hoffman Estates' Health and Human Services Department will offer back-to-school immunization clinics, dental exams and cleanings during July.

Immunization clinics will be offered to children up to 18 years old. Immunization records are required in advance to receive vaccines.

Health and Human Services will also host a Mobile Dental Clinic for children from birth to 18 years old and college students. Dental services provided are cleaning, exam, sealants and fluoride treatments. These preventative services will satisfy the Proof of Dental Exam requirement for your child's school.

Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care and private insurance are accepted. If you don't have dental insurance, a cleaning and exam is $20, and fluoride is $29. Cash, checks and payment through Care Credit are accepted.
