Gurnee Police to conduct child seat inspections

The Gurnee Police Department is hosting a child passenger safety seat inspection at Viking Park on Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Police officers trained to be child passenger safety technicians will be on hand to inspect or install the child seats for free. The safety inspection coincides with the Children's Concert at the park. Viking Park is at 4374 Old Grand Ave. in Gurnee.
