Village Green to feature Piano Man on June 27

Piano Man, a tribute to Billy Joel and Elton John, is bringing the hits you know and love to the Village Green on Thursday, June 27.

The show begins at 7 p.m. and is part of the "Summer Sounds on the Green" concert series sponsored by the Hoffman Estates Arts Commission and the Hoffman Estates Park District.

Piano Man recreates the performances of Elton John and Billy Joel, complete with the glitz and glamour.

The Virginia Mary Hayter Village Green is at 5510 Prairie Stone Parkway, across the street from the Sears Centre Arena in the Poplar Creek at 59/90 "Entertainment District."

Admission is free. Bring a blanket or a lawn chair to the amphitheater; picnics are welcome.

New for 2019, the Hideaway Beer Garden will be offering a variety of food, craft beers and cocktails for purchase by Summer Sounds patrons. Weather permitting, the Hideaway will be open until 10 p.m. Thursdays. The Craft Canteen will also be available on the hill overlooking the amphitheater.
