Batavia

• China C. Suggs, 23, of the 400 block of West Park Avenue, Aurora, was arrested and charged with obstructing identification and failure to wear a seat belt after a traffic stop at 4:30 p.m. Thursday on the 800 block of Woodland Road, according to police. Suggs also was wanted on a warrant out of Kane County.

• Two bikes with a total value of $1,700 were reported stolen at 12:25 p.m. Wednesday from Prairie Path Cycles, 160 W. Wilson St., according to police.

• A resident of the 1000 block of Deshannon Court reported a theft from a bank account and fraud of $5,823 at 6:14 p.m. Monday, according to police.

Kane County

• Assorted coins and $500 in hand tools were stolen between 10 p.m. June 15 and 6:30 a.m. Sunday from two vehicles on the 800 block of Loucks Street near Aurora, according to a sheriff's report.

• A PlayStation4 and TV, a total value of $550, were stolen between 4 p.m. Tuesday and 4 a.m. Wednesday from a residence on the 500 block of South Calhoun Street, according to a sheriff's report.

• A safety hoist used to lower packages of shingles onto a roof was stolen between 6 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Wednesday from the 800 block of Bolz Road near Carpentersville, a total loss of $2,500, according to a sheriff's report.

• Work safety glasses, headphones and cologne, a total value of $330, were reported stolen about 2:25 a.m. Thursday from a vehicle on the 1200 block of Simms Street near Aurora, according to a sheriff's report.

• Jeremiah Reichardt, 43, of the 500 block of Parker Avenue, Aurora, was arrested and charged with criminal damage to property at 4:39 a.m. Thursday, according to a sheriff's report. He is accused of causing $250 damage to a white metal shed on the 1200 block of Fifth Street near Aurora in a domestic dispute, according to the report.
