Des Plaines launches online dining guide detailing city eateries

Des Plaines has launched an interactive online dining guide to provide information about more than 150 places to eat in the city.

The guide and map provides information such as restaurant name, address and geographical information, phone number, website, details on delivery, and outside eating and party room availability.

The Des Plaines Dining Guide will be enhanced later this year with new features, such as photos of all establishments and a coming soon tab. The guide can be viewed at www.gisconsortium.org/WebApps/StoryMaps/CDP/Map/storymap-series-1.14.0/.
