Blinded by greed
I'm seeing what Charleston Heston saw - the Statue of Liberty crumbled on the beach. I think the authors of the Constitution would be sticking a finger down their throats while leaning over the toilet. The proliferation of guns, gangs, identity theft ... What a sick world we've become. Medical insurance rates through the roof, and we can't even take care of the sick, poor and elderly.
People have accumulated so much stuff they need a storage unit to keep it. People are addicted to their phones, coffee and electronics. Student loans - need I say more?
You can't trust anyone anymore, because people have no consciences anymore. Pollution, climate control, war, taxes. Why am I in the minority now? Doesn't anyone open their eyes or are they blinded by the greed?
