Kids can read with a state Rep. Joyce Mason in Antioch
A program to read with 61st District state Rep. Joyce Mason will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 11, in the Eide Room at the Antioch Public Library, 757 N. Main St. in Antioch.
Children of all ages are welcome. Mason will be reading a selection of books including "Duck for President" written by Doreen Cronin, which offers a lighthearted take on serving in an elected office, and "Grace for President" by Kelly DiPucchio, which focuses on a young student who is inspired to take action after learning there has never been a female president of the United States.
