St. Charles library to offer generational marketing program

By 2020, Generation Z will make up 40 percent of all consumers, with $44 billion in annual spending.

Join nationally-renowned business consultants Rich Kizer and Georganne Bender for a presentation on understanding your multigenerational cohorts at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 13, at the St. Charles Public Library, 1 S. Sixth Ave.

The program will explore the similarities and differences of marketing to these new groups with more well-known generations like Generation X, Baby Boomers and the Greatest Generation.

Kizer and Bender are consumer anthropologists, speakers, authors and consultants, whose client list reads like a "Who's Who" in business. Companies internationally depend on them for timely advice on consumers and the changing retail market place.

All registrants are welcome to stop by at 6:30 p.m. to enjoy food from some of local St. Charles businesses.
